La Trobe University’s objective was to deliver a modern arrival experience through a new entrance and fit-out of the David Myers Student Centre and concierge.
The works included a new glazed façade and automatic doors to the entrance of the building, as well as a total fit-out of the internal space. This included new lighting, a tea station, feature joinery bulkhead and architectural features, floor finishes and installation of a new HVAC system.
We were engaged to provide Construction Services, which included design management, trade procurement, construction and commissioning of this project.
The project was fast-tracked, requiring design and construction to be completed within three weeks to meet the target timeframe.
