Our team were engaged as the head contractor to the refurbishment of 55 Victoria Parade which repurposed the office into consulting suites.
Fit out of Consulting Suites on the ground floor at 55 Victoria parade, for St Vincent's Private Hospital. The tenancy is owned by the Public Hospital but is being leased to the Private and required stakeholder management prior to construction commencing.
The fit out consisted of 3 new consulting suites, a reception and client waiting area, dressing room, administration offices, refurb to existing toilets and the addition of a new disabled toilet.
Significant services upgrades were required within the 5-storey building. This required careful planning with the facilities management. The project was successfully complete on time and budget.
