Fit out of Consulting Suites on the ground floor at 55Victoria parade, for St Vincent's Private Hospital. The tenancy is owned by thePublic Hospital but is being leased to the Private and required stakeholdermanagement prior to construction commencing.
The fit out consisted of 3 new consulting suites, areception and client waiting area, dressing room, administration offices,refurb to existing toilets and the addition of a new disabled toilet.
Significant servicesupgrades were required within the 5-storey building. This required carefulplanning with the facilities management. The project was successfully completeon time and budget.
