St Leonards College New Middle School development, home to years 7 to 9, included facilities to assist students’ academic and personal development with each year level assigned its own designated area in the building. Â
We were appointed as the builder under a Construction Management contract, providing all on-site management of the building works, including the tendering and award of all trade packages, cost management, risk management and the management of industrial relations on the project. Our role was extended to include buildability advice during the finalisation of design and documentation.
The new building was delivered to original budget through value management of initial and additional school, and in time ready for the commencement of the new school year.
