DJPR engaged our Struxture team to construct two new glasshouses, holding five compartments in each and replacing six existing dilapidated glasshouses at the Grains Innovation Park, Horsham.
We demolished six existing glasshouses and constructed two new fit-for-purpose, general use glasshouses. DJPR were consulted with to provide temperature control, growth lighting, glasshouse and watering systems to exceed client and user expectations.
We worked with the constraints imposed on the wider DJPR site which enabled us to identify and install new services and civil infrastructure required to accommodate the project.
Our ability to deliver this project on time were by prioritising and re-sequencing works to mitigate delays caused with Government imposed Covid regulations.
