La Trobe University engaged Struxture under a Design and Construct Contract for refurbishment of the Chancellery offices at the Bundoora Campus.
Client brief comprised three key elements - Acoustic upgrade, Thermal Comfort upgrade and Space Optimisation. Struxture collaborated closely with University stake holders, design consultants and trade contractors to deliver a successful refurbishment project within an operational environment.
The project delivered a range of new work environments including individual nooks, small meeting rooms, collaborative spaces and two large meeting spaces complete with bespoke state of the art audio visual equipment. The new spaces are complimented with a range of acoustic treatments, upgraded lighting, upgraded heating and cooling, bespoke joinery and carefully considered furniture selections.
