BlueCross Cresthaven

BlueCross engaged our team as head contractor complete the early works for the Cresthaven development. We were onboarded to the project team during the finalisation of design for the main works so that we could de-risk the site. In close coordination with BlueCross, our scope included to complete:

• Obtaining pre-approvals with authorities (TMP/CMP/Trams)
• Abolishment of redundant infrastructure (electrical/water/gas)
• Hazardous materials removal
• Historic artifact removal and storage (for re-use)
• Demolition of the 3x existing major residences  
• Completion of the entire basement, ramp and retention system

The site posed a number of challenges, including a number of latent ground conditions, historic window restoration inclusive of packing (for re-use in the main works) and authority infrastructure relocations and abolishment’s.
