BlueCross engaged our team as head contractor deliver the façade rectification following a recent audit of the facility. The works were high impact with the potential to cause significant disruption to the day-to-day operation of the facility. Relocation of the entire facility was unfeasible for BlueCross & too disruptive for the occupying residents.
In close coordination with BlueCross, we programmed the works with all residents remaining within the facility during the works. This including various temporary relocations of residents as the project progressed which required open & frequent communication with BlueCross to effectively & efficiently complete the works in a way that reduced the disruption for the occupants.
The site posed a number of challenges, including working closely around high interface areas and sensitive areas of the building. Constand communication and a number of risk workshops with the residents manager allowed us to seamlessly progress the works.
