Our team were engaged asconstruction managers for the consulting suite fit out at 100 Victoria parade,for St Vincents Private Hospital. From initial appointment we knew that thisproject had a tight programme and budget and as a result we were able to workwith the client to value manage all aspects of the project in order to delivera successful project that was both on time and on budget.
The new suite, located at 100Victoria parade is made up of four new consulting suites, a dressing room,staff toilet and shower amenities, five administration offices, a psychologyroom, a gym room, dietician office, reception and waiting area, for the MelbourneGastro Oesophageal Surgery and Melbourne Weight Loss Surgery Group.
The construction works required a complete refurbishment with newservices infrastructure. Our team proudly completed the fit out on time andwith no disruption to the other operating businesses within the building.
