Our team were engaged as the headcontractor to the refurbishment of 55 Victoria Parade which repurposed theoffice into consulting suits.
Fit out of Consulting Suites onthe ground floor at 55 Victoria parade, for St Vincent's Private Hospital. Thetenancy is owned by the Public Hospital but is being leased to the Private andrequired stakeholder management prior to construction commencing.
The fit out consisted of 3 newconsulting suites, a reception and client waiting area, dressing room,administration offices, refurb to existing toilets and the addition of a newdisabled toilet.
Significant services upgradeswere required within the 5-storey building. This required careful planning withthe facilities management. The project was successfully complete on time andbudget.
