DEDJTR (formerly the Department of Primary Industries) identified an urgent need for the delivery of a 1,000sqm phenomics research facility, including a range of greenhouses, high throughput imaging stations, growth rooms and seed storage space.
The fit out consisted of 3 new consulting suites, a reception and client waiting area, dressing room, administration offices, refurb to existing toilets and the addition of a new disabled toilet.
Significant services upgrades were required within the 5-storey building. This required careful planning with the facilities management. The project was successfully complete on time and budget.
